# Meeting Prep

> Get ready for meetings with automatic research

Orbit prepares you for meetings by researching attendees, reviewing your history, and gathering relevant context.

## What's Included

A meeting prep gives you:

* **Attendee profiles** — Who they are, their role, company
* **Relationship history** — When you last met, past interactions
* **Past meeting notes** — What you discussed before
* **Company context** — Recent news, funding, announcements
* **Suggested talking points** — What to discuss

## Running Meeting Prep

### From The Brief

Click **Prep for Meeting** on any meeting card:

### From The Assistant

Ask or use the workflow:

Prep me for my next meeting

/meeting-prep

```

### With Context

Add specific focus areas:

```
Prep for my meeting with Sarah, focus on the product roadmap
```

Or use **Comment & Run** from the card dropdown.

## Prep by Meeting Type

Different meetings get different prep:

### One-on-One

Deep focus on the single attendee:

* Full relationship history
* All past meeting notes
* Career updates since last meeting

### Team Meeting

Overview of all attendees:

* Quick profile for each person
* Meeting agenda context
* Team dynamics

### External Meeting

## Customizing Prep

Use **Remix** to customize what the prep includes:

    Open the workflow editor.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Modify the workflow">
    Add or remove steps, change what apps are used.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Save as a new workflow for future use.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Automatic Prep

Set Orbit to automatically generate prep for upcoming meetings:

Go to **Settings → Calendar → Auto Prep**.

Choose how far in advance to generate prep.
