After signing in with Google, you'll select which calendars Orbit should use for The Brief and meeting prep.

## Selecting Calendars

Your Google calendars appear in a list. Toggle on the calendars you want Orbit to use:

* **Work calendar** — Your primary work meetings
* **Personal calendar** — If you want personal events in The Brief
* **Team calendars** — Shared team calendars
* **Holiday calendars** — Optional, for awareness

## Which Calendars to Include

**Recommended:**

* Your primary work calendar
* Any calendars with meetings you need to prepare for

**Optional:**

* Personal calendars (if you want those events in The Brief)
* Holiday calendars

**Skip:**

* Calendars with automated entries (booking systems, etc.)
* Calendars you don't actively use

## Calendar Colors

Orbit uses your Google Calendar colors. Events from different calendars are visually distinguished in The Brief.

## Changing Later

You can change calendar selection anytime:

1. Go to **Settings → Calendar**
2. Toggle calendars on or off
3. Changes apply immediately

## Multiple Work Calendars

If you have multiple work calendars (e.g., separate ones for internal vs. external meetings), you can select both. The Brief will show events from all selected calendars.

## Shared Calendars

Shared calendars you have access to will appear in the list. Only select ones where you're an active participant in the meetings.
