## What Orbit Accesses

Orbit requests access to:

| Data            | Why                                  |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------ |
| Google Contacts | Import your professional network |
| Google Calendar | Show meetings in The Brief |
| Basic profile | Your name and email for your account |

## What Orbit Doesn't Access

Orbit does **not** access:

* Gmail or email content
* Google Drive files
* Google Photos
* Any other Google services

## Multiple Accounts

Currently, Orbit supports one Google account. If you have multiple accounts:

* Choose the one with your primary work calendar
* You can switch accounts later in Settings

## Security

* OAuth tokens are stored securely in macOS Keychain
* Orbit never sees your Google password
* You can revoke access anytime from Google's security settings

## Troubleshooting

### Sign-in window doesn't appear

1. Check if a popup blocker is preventing it
2. Try clicking **Sign in with Google** again
3. Restart Orbit and try again

### Permission denied error

Make sure you clicked **Allow** on the Google permissions screen. If you clicked Deny, try signing in again.

### Wrong account

If you signed in with the wrong account:

1. Complete onboarding
2. Go to **Settings → Account**
3. Click **Sign Out**
4. Sign in again with the correct account
