Troubleshooting
Connection Failed
If an app won’t connect:- Check that you have the right credentials
- Make sure the app is installed (for desktop apps like Bear)
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting
- Check the app’s status page for outages
App Not Working
If a connected app isn’t responding:- Check connection status in Apps Library
- Re-authorize if prompted
- Verify your API key hasn’t expired
