A distribution of your contacts by familiarity level:
- Inner Circle — Your closest professional relationships
- Close — People you interact with regularly
- Familiar — Regular contacts
- Acquaintance — People you’ve met
- Distant — Minimal interaction
Recent Activity
Highlights of your recent professional interactions based on calendar history.
How Familiarity is Calculated
Orbit analyzes:
- Meeting frequency
- Meeting recency
- Meeting duration
- Calendar history patterns
This creates an initial familiarity score that updates over time as you interact with people.
Improving Your Network
After onboarding, you can:
- Add more contacts manually
- Enable enrichment for additional data
- Adjust familiarity levels if the initial scores are off
Privacy Note
This analysis happens entirely on your Mac. Orbit doesn’t upload your network data to any server.
