Online Meeting Cards
Virtual meetings with Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or other video tools.
The card shows:
- Meeting title and time
- Attendee photos
- Which calendar it’s from
- Join button when the meeting is about to start
Click Prep for Meeting to research attendees and get talking points.
When the meeting starts, the card pulses and the Join button becomes prominent.
In-Person Meeting Cards
Physical meetings with a location.
The card shows:
- Meeting title and time
- Attendee photos
- Location with Directions button
Click Prep for Meeting to research attendees. Click Directions to open Maps.
Follow-up Cards
After a meeting ends, a follow-up card appears.
The card shows:
- Meeting that just ended
- Time since it ended
- Attendees who were present
Click Follow Up to:
- Draft a follow-up email
- Create action items
- Save notes from the meeting
Time Block Cards
Personal time blocks you’ve created for focus work.
When a time block starts, the card reminds you what you planned to work on.
Click Start Focus to begin your focused work session.
All-Day Event Cards
Conferences, travel days, holidays, and other all-day events.
Click Plan for Event to prepare for the day.

Click on an attendee photo to see their profile:
The meeting prep workflow automatically researches all attendees.
Priority
Meeting cards are prioritized by urgency:

| Happening now | Highest (pulsing border) |
| Starting in 5 mins | Very high |
| Next hour | High |
| Later today | Normal |
| Tomorrow | Lower |
Cards automatically move up in priority as meeting time approaches.
