What is Personal Context?

When you tell Orbit about yourself, it uses this information to:
  • Write emails in your voice
  • Understand your priorities
  • Make relevant suggestions
  • Personalize workflow outputs

Setting Up Personal Context

Go to Settings → Personal Context to add information about yourself.

About You

Tell Orbit about:
  • Your role and responsibilities
  • Your company and industry
  • Your communication style
  • Your priorities and goals
About you section
Example: 
I'm a VP of Sales at a B2B SaaS company. I manage a team of 12
account executives. I prefer direct communication and short emails.
My priorities are hitting quarterly targets and developing my team.

Writing Style

Describe how you write:
  • Formal or casual
  • Brief or detailed
  • Your common phrases
  • Signature style
Example: 
I write short, punchy emails. I usually open with "Hey" for internal
and "Hi [Name]" for external. I like bullet points. I sign off with
just my first name for people I know.

Work Patterns

Share your typical work patterns:
  • When you prefer meetings
  • Your focus time preferences
  • Time zones you work across

Updating Context

Your context can evolve:
  1. Go to Settings → Personal Context
  2. Edit any section
  3. Changes apply immediately
