Relationship cards remind you to stay in touch with people in your network.

Birthday Cards

Get reminded about upcoming birthdays with a workflow to send personalized wishes. The card shows:

• Contact photo and name
• How many days until their birthday
• How many years they’re celebrating (if known)

Click Send Wishes to draft a birthday message.

Anniversary Cards

Work anniversaries, company milestones, and other important dates. The card shows:

• Type of anniversary (work, company founding, etc.)
• How many years they’re celebrating
• Days until the date

Click Reach Out to send a congratulations message.

Check-in Cards

Reminders to touch base with people based on how well you know them. Orbit uses your familiarity level to decide when to remind you:

• Inner Circle contacts — more frequent check-ins
• Acquaintances — less frequent

Click Reach Out to start a conversation.

Interaction Reminders

When it’s been a while since you contacted someone. The card shows:

• How many days since your last interaction
• The contact’s current company and role

Click Reconnect to re-engage.

Meet Reminders

Suggestions to schedule an in-person meeting. For close contacts you haven’t seen in a while, Orbit suggests meeting up. Click Plan Coffee to schedule a catch-up.

Running Workflows

Each card type has a default workflow: Use Comment & Run to add context like “mention the project we discussed” before running. Use Remix to customize the workflow for this specific person.
