  • Inner Circle — Weekly check-in suggestions
  • Acquaintance — Much less frequent

On a Contact Profile

Find the contact

Search for them with @name in The Assistant.

Open their profile

Click their name in the results.

Set familiarity

Click the stars to set the level.

During Import

When importing contacts, you can set default familiarity for the batch.

Auto-Detection

Orbit can suggest familiarity based on:
  • How often you interact
  • Meeting frequency
  • Email patterns
Enable in Settings → CRM → Auto-categorization.

Change familiarity for multiple contacts at once:

Check the contacts you want to update.
